You can reach your email using webmail at https://mail.su.se.
If you want to use your smartphone or setup a desktop mail client, see Service Portalen. It's recommended to use Exchange protocol whenever possible.

Be aware that it's not always possible to connect to SU:s mailservers from outside of Sweden. Usually Webmail is more reliable. The best option when travelling is to use SU:s VPN. See more here.
SPAM
Since spring 2020 SUNET uses a new more aggressive spam filter.
- The old system flagged suspicious email as spam but sent them on, it was up to the end-users email client to sort that to a spam-folder. This way, in case of false positives, you would still be able to find emails that was wrongly flagged as spam.
- The new filters default is to just return suspicious emails to the sender and will not notify you about this.
- You can login to SUNET and look at the log to see if you have been sent something that was wrongly flagged as spam. You can also change the spam filters behaviur to be more like the old spam filter. Link is here, you need to login using your SU credentials
